Ingredients ->
  • 225gm flour
  • 1/4 spoon salt

  • 150ml evaporated milk
  • 2 spoons butter

To Now create a layer of cheese over the sauce. Take cheese as per your requirement and taste. Arrange your toppings over this layer of cheese. You should also use another ingredients according to yours satisfaction.

Chocolate Cake Recipe

Cake is incredible in its own.  Now these day’s many kind of cake is available, mostly people like chocolate cake. There are many different types, including Black Forest, Devil’s Food, Flourless, Fudge, Ganache, German Chocolate, Lava, and much more.

Ingredients:

  • 200gm chocolate
  • 200-300gm butter
  • 1 spoon coffee granules.
  • 85gm self raising flour
  • ¼ spoon sodium bi-carbonate (soda)
  • 25gm cocoa powder
  • 3eggs
  • Milkmaid of Nescafe/ or of any other company easily available.

 For ganache:

  •  200gm chocolate
  • 250-300ml double cream
  • 2 spoons golden caster sugar

  process:

  • Take a round tin, butter the tin properly from base. Preheat the microwave.
  • Take dark chocolate & coffee and mix it into water and then pour the mixture in pan.
  • Heat the mixture until it is melt properly or you can also heat it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes.
  • Take raising flour, plain flour (80gm), ¼ sodium bi-carbonate (soda), ( 200 gm) icing sugar and cocoa powder mix the  ingredients properly.
  • Take 3 eggs and milkmaid, beat the eggs in bowl and mix it with 5 spoons milkmaid.
  • Take melted chocolate, eggs mixture, put into the flour mixture and mixed it in one direction.
  • Pour the mixture into buttered tin and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • After it baked properly, put a shewer in center to check it out; don’t panic if it is cracks.
  • Leave it for some time to be cool down.
When cake is cold, cut it into some pieces.

Ganache-process:

  • Take chocolate and break it into small pieces. Put it into a bowl.
  • Put 250ml of double cream into a pan, add icing sugar according your to taste.
  • Heat until it starts boiling.
  • Leave it for some time to be cool down.
  • Mix the cream with chocolate.
  • Mix it until its smoothness comes out.
  •  Make some beautiful layer on the cake with above mixture, decorate it with grated chocolate.
  • You can also try some fruits like kiwi, strawberry, and pineapple. You guys can also use chocolate biscuits.
The cake can be moist and gooey till 2 to 3 days in freeze
